The folks at Ambient are great! From the front office/scheduling to the mechanics who do the work, they are consummate professionals. When we had some issues with our A/C they kept at it until the problem was solved. When we had trouble locating parts for our fireplace, they kept following up until they could locate the parts and get it fixed. Their work is top-notch!

After receiving multiple estimates to replace our furnace. We decided on Ambient air solutions. Their estimate was thorough. The sales representative is an hvac technician with many years experience. He was very thorough with the details of his product and what to expect during installation. Installation was on time, quick and courteous. Dealing with the office for scheduling times and payment was an absolute enjoyment. Their yearly maintenance plan is much cheaper than their competitors. Seems they are in business to establish long working relationships with clients. I highly recommend this group of people for all your heating and cooling needs.

I called at 7:30 in the morning with no heat. Trish answered and assured me they would send someone out as soon as they could. Bill showed up at 0800 , diagnosed the issue and it was repaired that day! Great service, friendly staff. Will definitely use them again ! Thank you again Ambient Air:)
